Engine
Standard well-known brand turbocharged engine, high torque, low fuel consumption, stable performance, high reliability. Optional international brands such as Cummins and Volvo. Emission standards can meet different requirements such as EU Stage V, US EPA Tear 4, National IV, and National III.
The power system is equipped with an air-to-air intercooler to reduce the engine's intake temperature, increase the intake volume, and increase the engine's power.
Adopt top-level hydraulic transmission, optional micro-motion function, good automatic adaptability and maneuverability.
Gearbox
Standard domestic well-known brand planetary gearbox, smoother shifting, safer operation, and more convenient maintenance. You can choose the German imported ZF gearbox.
Adopt twin-turbine hydraulic torque converter, stepless speed change, single-lever control speed change system, easier to operate.
The speed change control valve is equipped with a neutral start device, which makes the whole machine start safer.
Hydraulic system
Full hydraulic load sensing steering system, small turning radius of the rear steering axle, light and flexible steering.
The dual-pump confluence working hydraulic system is adopted to greatly reduce fuel consumption and energy consumption.
The hydraulic system is equipped with an oil return radiator and a back pressure protection device to ensure the thermal balance of the whole machine.
The single-handle joystick control valve and the electronically controlled speed control valve make the whole machine lighter and more flexible to operate.
Radiator
Large-capacity engine radiator with sufficient heat dissipation capacity
The gearbox oil and hydraulic oil radiators are installed as independent equipment to improve the stability of the system.
Drive axle
Standard South China Heavy Industry heavy fork drive axle, strong overload bearing capacity, good versatility of later maintenance accessories, and optional German imported Kessler wet drive axle.
The front axle adopts a heavy-duty forklift drive axle, with enlarged axle housing, wheel hub, and bearings, supported by a steel structure axle housing, large load capacity, and long service life.
The rear axle adopts a transverse hydraulic cylinder steering mechanism, the steering axle has a compact structure, and the transmission angle can reach 70.5°, which is conducive to reducing steering resistance and improving driving smoothness.
Braking system
Four heavy-duty caliper disc brakes are used with thickened brake discs. Hydraulic braking is used for faster heat dissipation, reliable braking and safer operation.
Rear air tank, 18 times brake air pressure boost ratio, light brake weight.
Frame
Long wheelbase, box-shaped double-beam frame is used to provide good rigidity and strength, ensuring the high reliability of the forklift chassis.
The whole machine has been tested for overload, eccentric load and stability, and the center of gravity and bridge load are optimized to prevent the vehicle from tipping over and meet the safety requirements of heavy-duty operations.
Gantry
The frame adopts finite element mechanical analysis, force cloud diagram simulation calculation, and more optimized structural design to ensure safety and durability.
The speed limit valve and pressure selection valve are used for the gantry to reduce the impact of the hydraulic system. When the engine is turned off, the gantry can be safely lowered to the ground.
Shelves
Quick-change shelves and hydraulic distance adjustment forks are used, which are easy to replace and adjust.
Cascade high-strength forks are stronger and more wear-resistant, which can double the service life. The operating tools can be replaced according to the operating requirements to meet more operating requirements.
Cab
Luxurious wide-view cab with skylight, low noise, good sealing, and meets the ROPS/FOPS international safety standards.
